SHIPPING

Where does Studio GV NYC deliver to?

 

Studio GV NYC ships internationally, except to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO and U.S. Territories.  Orders made to these locations, or from a different country than the delivery address will be automatically cancelled.

 

How do I return an item?

 

Returns are easily made using the UPS return label included in your order by affixing the label to an appropriately sized, sealed box and leaving at a UPS drop-off location.  For the merchandise to be refunded, make sure it is in its original condition with tags and seals attached and packaging included.

When will my item be shipped?

 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.  Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

RETURNS

Items may be returned within 20 days in the original condition with tags attached for a refund.  The customer will be notified when the item is accepted.  If the item cannot be accepted for any reason, it will be shipped back to the customer.  For security reasons only the original credit card used to make the purchase will be refunded.  Once items have been confirmed as shipped StudioGV is not responsible for loss, damages, or delays.
